Things I Swear By

My favorite finds for puzzles, supplements, fitness, gardening, and life with dogs.

Hi, I’m Sandra

After 22 years of owning and running a gym I recently retired — and I can honestly say the right habits and tools can truly change how you feel every day. I know because I live it.

These days I start every morning with an early walk with my goldendoodle Willow, then four days a week I head to CrossFit at 8am. Retirement hasn't slowed me down — if anything it's given me the freedom to show up for myself in ways I never had time for before.

This site is where I share the things I genuinely swear by — from supplements and wellness essentials to fitness gear, puzzles, gardening, Willow's favorite finds, and everyday products that simply make life easier and more enjoyable.

If I recommend it, it's because I actually use it and love it. Every single thing on this site has earned its place in my life.

Welcome — I'm so glad you're here. 🌿
